the staff were incredibly friendly during our three-night stay, making our breakfast experience seamless so we could hit the city running early each day. The hotel is only about 5 km from the lovely lake quannapowitt, perfect for afternoon strolls after exploring the downtown sights.

It was a nice choice for a two-day stay in Woburn with definitely value for money. The breakfast had a great variety of syrups for the waffle station, which was a fun treat! Consider accessing the Boston Sports Club next door for better fitness options.

The staff were incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Gail, Neilish, and Steven truly went above and beyond to ensure my family felt welcomed. We appreciated the secure environment that allowed my children to explore safely. Additionally, the one-bedroom suite offered a perfectly sized layout for our needs with a well-equipped kitchenette that made family meals easier.

Great staff, but needs some work

I stayed for 2 nights and the staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was always ready early, which was a lifesaver since we had to leave early. However, the room was missing a desk lamp and chair, which made it tough for my work. Plus, the parking situation was just messy with trucks taking over spaces meant for compact cars.

The staff were genuinely warm, greeting them like they were part of the family! And the kitchenette was just what we needed, allowing us to whip up quick meals and keep snacks handy for our little ones.

We had a comfy stay in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen, which had a microwave, fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The bathrooms were spacious with soft towels and free toiletries. Breakfast had fresh options like scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles. The indoor pool was great for the kids, and the fitness center was a nice perk.

Staff was amazing and made us feel safe, but kitchen was small for family meals.
